This policy applies when you use Loyal Loop websites, business workspaces, public shops, digital receipts, delivery pages, Trust Cards, and related services. “Loyal Loop”, “we”, and “us” refer to the operator of the Loyal Loop service.
2. Information we collect
- Account and business information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, business profiles, team roles, and public contact details.
- Commerce records, including products, customer details supplied by a business, order requests, sales, receipts, payments recorded by a business, delivery updates, feedback, and support requests.
- Media you choose to upload, such as product photos, business logos, and profile images.
- Technical and usage information needed for security, session management, product analytics, and service reliability.
- Location details you type or select when creating a business profile, saved address, order, or delivery.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure Loyal Loop, create customer-facing pages, keep transaction records accurate, support users, improve the product, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
4. Businesses and customer information
Businesses control the customer information they add to their workspace and must have a lawful reason to collect and use it. Loyal Loop processes that information to provide the service. Customers may also provide information directly when signing in, saving an address, submitting a request, confirming delivery, or leaving feedback.
5. Service providers and integrations
We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, databases, email, image storage, maps and address suggestions, analytics, security, and communications. For example, images may be stored with Cloudinary and address searches may be sent to Google Maps when that feature is enabled. WhatsApp or another messaging provider may process messages when you choose to use a messaging feature.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to provide the service, follow the law, protect users, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained. Business owners can update many details in their workspace; other requests can be sent to the address below.
8. Children
Loyal Loop is designed for businesses and customers able to enter valid transactions. It is not intended for children under 18 to operate a business account without appropriate consent and supervision.
